One month has passed to close the first month of 2010!
We had a great Mahakriya session at the center last Sunday, New Year’s message from Sri Sri broadcasted calling us to learn from the past and embrace for the future with the things we have learned, but stay in the present with serving & celebrating more and more.
The new home-going instruction was launched, and it was the result of hardwork from the publishing team Jeffrey & Mei, the super couple whom are both Sri Sri Yoga & Part-1 Course teachers, Will & Charles our new dynamic teachers and a brilliant illustrator/graphic designer Channy Imada whose capably hand-drawn the poses for the new book.
Call our center to claim yours (exclusive for Part-1 course past & current participants only, a minimum charge is set to cover production expenses) and for those who have participated but has forgotten the practice, we strongly suggest you to register yourself for a repeat course for free (donation accepted) to any of our upcoming courses (see calendar).

By popular request we are introducing a new 3-day Part 1 course starting this week.
We are not replacing the longer 6-day, 3-hour daily format, the new 3-day, 4-hour daily workshop is specifically designed for people with busy working schedule like most of the community member in Jakarta are facing today.
With this new format, the instructors are challenged to effectively carry out the course on the same amount of knowledge with a shorter period of time. “This requires more commitment from the participants in order to achieve the course’s target” shares Jeffrey Ng, one of the many brilliant Art of Living instructors in Jakarta. The new course format is going to be carried out nationwide, as well as around the world.
