YSK mengadakan berbagai macam program-program untuk segala usia dan seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Sebagai program utama, Program Pelatihan Tahap I merupakan pilar dari semua program yang kami adakan. Selama 18-20 jam dalam periode 5-6 hari, anda akan mempelajari proses dan teknik praktis yang dirancang untuk memberikan kesegaran, kegembiraan dan pandangan positif terhadap kehidupan dan diri anda. Course Format

The Art of Living Course is a twenty hour program taught in a four- or six-day non-residential format, with each session lasting about two-and-a-half or three hours. For most courses, the weekday sessions are in the evening and weekend sessions are in the morning.
