Youth Empowerment & Skill Workshop
Melalui keefektifan Part 1 Course dan digabungkan dengan proses-proses yang lebih dinamis, program ini dipersiapkan bagi kaum profesional muda demi menghadapi realita kehidupan masa kini. Program intensif yang berlangsung selama 7 hari (27 jam) ini dibawakan melalui proses-prosesnya yang menyenangkan dan menantang bagi kaum muda, program ini dapat menambah tingkat kepercayaan diri seseorang, ketajaman daya pikir, konsentrasi dan energi tubuh, sehingga dapat memberikan prestasi yang lebih, baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun pekerjaan, serta kemampuan untuk memimpin dan berinteraksi antara satu sama lain.
Program ini mencakup aspek sebagai berikut:
- Fisik – yoga, pranayama, meditasi serta teknik pernafasan.
- Mental – metode praktis dan proses interaktif yang membantu memperkuat daya ingat, konsentrasi dan fokus.
- Sosial – Terjun langsung ke proses interaktif yang menantang setiap orang untuk memimpin, mengatasi permasalahan, bekerjasama (teamwork) dan kemampuan sosial (EQ) setiap partisipan.
- Emosinal – diskusi bersama yang dapat membangun rasa percaya diri, kenyamanan dalam kesulitan atau tantangan, agar dapat menangani kritik dan masukan dari orang lain dan tekanan persaingan.
Based on the original Part 1 Course, mixed with more dynamic & electrifying processes, Yes!+ is program geared towards key issues relevant to the youth of today. Not only it brings about a profound change in their attitude towards life, the workshop also nurtures confidence, clarity of mind, focus and heightened energy levels. In which resulting in academic excellence, ability to lead and strong interpersonal skills.
This intensive 27 hour program (spanning 7 consecutive days) is designed for young adults. It includes practical sessions and skills invoking processes for maximizing your potential as well as physical, mental, social and emotional health.
Main Aspects of the Program:
- Physical – meditation, yoga and innovative breathing techniques.
- Mental – practical strategies and interactive processes that help improve memory, concentration and focus.
- Social – experiential processes that develop problem solving skills; interactive processes that improve leadership abilities; teamwork exercises that develop interpersonal skills.
- Emotional – group discussions that help you feel comfortable in challenging situations, increase your self confidence and help you handle criticism and peer pressure.
